RFP Management


The RFP is written based on the customer’s business and operational requirements which are derived mainly from the business procedures. Following are the main services offered by D.Point for this phase:


*  Writing the RFP

Project management

Gap Analysis support

The Gap Analysis is the first phase in the project lifecycle in which the product vendor and service provider define the project deliverables in detail. D.Point business analysts work closely with the Product Vendor to ensure compatibility between business requirements and the product's offering. D.Point will take an active role with the service provider to compile the project Statement of Work (SoW) which is the basis for every successful delivery.​

Implementation Support

We support customers with implementation services in various areas by adopting the chosen product and technologies to the existing customer infrastructure and in accordance with the well-defined requirements of the project.
As an integration company we specialize in deploying and configuring, whether it involves integrating multiple new technologies together, or integrating a new product with other third-party products already in use within the organization. Our Software Implementation Service consultants are experts in ensuring that the new technologies and solutions work within the client’s existing infrastructure.​

User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Based on the business processes and the gap analysis phases in which D.Point was deeply involved, the service provider starts preparing for the acceptance test, while the product vendor configures and customizes it’s product based on the project SoW.

D.Point will work in cooperation with the service provider preparing the UAT phase. This includes writing the  System Test Plan (STP) and the  Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) documents and managing the actual testing effort.

Rollout phase planning and management

In order to ensure successful implementation, the actual production rollout must be carefully planned and controlled.
D.Point has vast experience planning this phase in various scenarios, e.g., cut-off, parallel run, etc. Following are the services provided by D.Point for this phase of the project:

Contract Negotiation Optimization
